S.M.A.R.T. project

To ignite youth potential across border regions by fusing green innovation, digital intelligence, and civic engagement into a single transformative learning experience. Drawing inspiration from Germany’s evidence-based youth work and digital innovation models, the project transfers proven European methodologies to empower young people in Bulgaria, North Macedonia, and neighboring regions to become changemakers in their local communities.

S.M.A.R.T. Objectives

We empower young people in rural border regions to gain green, digital, and civic skills that create real community impact. Within 18 months, at least 120 youth will turn ideas into sustainable projects through hands-on learning and AI-powered creativity. Together, we build a cross-border Green & Digital Youth Hub that keeps the movement growing beyond the project.
